This year, Christ the King School marked a significant milestone—its 50th anniversary! To commemorate this special occasion, our Year 6 students embarked on a fascinating project to explore and share the rich history of both our school and the Catholic Church in Australia. As part of their studies, the students dove deep into the history of Catholicism in our nation, learning about the early missionaries, the establishment of the first Catholic schools, and how the faith spread across Australia. They also researched the founding of Christ the King School, its growth over the years, and the key moments that have shaped the vibrant community we are part of today. The project was a meaningful and educational experience, celebrating the past while looking forward to a bright future for Christ the King School and its community. Congratulations to all the Year 6 students for their hard work and creativity in bringing this important history to life.

Today our students in Year 1, Year 2 and Year 4, had the opportunity to participate in a mixed media portrait workshop. 🎨The session was run by Campbelltown Art Centre in collaboration with Marakit Santiago. The students loved the activity and enjoyed making creative and unique works of art. ✂️✏️ Thank you to Marikit and the team for making this possible for us! 😊

CTK Jubilee Morning Tea with Bishop Vincent After our lovely Mass yesterday, we were excited to have Bishop Vincent, Fr Ian and some original parishioners join the staff for a morning tea. Bishop Vincent also walked through the school and particularly enjoyed visiting our Kindy students after recess We pray that our wonderful school will continue strongly for the next 50 years
